Momma Goose Baltic Amber Teething Necklaces

These necklaces, from Canadian-based Momma Goose, are made in Lithuania with beads of true Baltic Amber, which historically has been used as a traditional remedy and curative for many ailments for centuries. Amber itself is a fossilized tree resin, and when worn against the skin, the skins warmth releases trace amounts of healing oils from the amber, providing anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects – perfect to soothe a teething baby.

Use of these necklaces can reduce common teething symptoms such as redness in cheeks, swollen gums, diaper rash and fever. Suitable for children to start wearing from 3-4 months of age through about 2 years. Wearing around ankle is another option. String is knotted by hand in between every bead, preventing them from scattering if the necklace should break (which it should if enough pressure is applied). Fastens with a plastic screw clasp that opens and closes easily.
